Building Regulations

Building Regulations are a set of pre-determined standards, which ensure safe building practices and good workmanship.

Details of the structure, insulation, ventilation, drainage, glazing and access are all incorporated in the plans to comply with the Regulations.

The drawings are fully detailed to obtain the Building Regulation Approval and we supply 3 copies of the plans allowing you to obtain building quotations.

When the plans have been passed and construction has begun, the Building Control Department will inspect the work carried out ensuring it complies with the plans and Regulations and issue a Completion Certificate when satisfied.
